Located in Chashan Village, opposite the Kaiyuan Farm. This tar industry road is quite open and flat, with an irrigation ditch on the side. From here to Jia-yama Falls takes about 30 minutes. The road starts with farmland and vegetable patches, gradually turning into dense forests. Along the way, Jia-yama Stream flows on the left. The park is in an O-shaped trail route, where you can walk around the Sunset Pavilion to the ridge on the top of the mountain, and then to the falls. The famous "Water and Fire in Harmony" underground gas spring area in Chashan is also nearby. In the evening, it's a great spot for stargazing and nocturnal observations. There are 15 species of frogs alone, accounting for about half of the species found in Taiwan. There are also 6 or 7 species of fireflies. In addition, a small path beside Jia-yama Falls leads to Dashi Wall and Bat Cave, which takes about 1.5 hours.
