Shoukoulan River Visitor Center is located near Ruisui Bridge in the Hualien-Taitung alluvial valley, serving as the starting point for Shoukoulan River rafting activities. A campsite is established adjacent to the visitor center, with a steady stream of visitors during the rafting season. 【Driving Information】 Southbound: From Hualien City, proceed south along Highway 9 via Fenglin and Guangfu, arriving at Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or head south via Highway 11 through Yue-Dong, connecting to Ruisui Port Road, and also reach Shoukoulan River Visitor Center. Northbound: From Taitung City, proceed north along Highway 9 via Yuli, arriving at Ruisui Rafting Service Center; or head north via Highway 11 through the Return-to-North Latitude Marker, connecting to Ruisui Port Road, also reaching Shoukoulan River Visitor Center. 【Public Transportation】 Southbound: Take a bus heading to Fuli or Yuli from the Hualien Train Station, and dismount at Ruisui Station. Northbound: Take the Mountain Line bus heading to Hualien from the Taitung Train Station, and dismount at Ruisui Station.
