Located on the Miaoli Provincial Highway 43, the "Hawaii Red Guava Agritourism Farm" boasts over 700 red guava plants introduced from Hawaii. These plants are renowned for their vibrant color, fine texture, high sugar content, unique flavor, and high nutritional value. However, they also require high planting technical skills.
The Hawaii red guavas cultivated in Yuanli Township, Miaoli County, cover an area of one hectare, making it the largest red guava cultivation area in Taiwan. Every year, from October to February, is the peak season for Miaoli's red guavas in Yuanli. During this time, many tourists flock to experience the rare and sweet taste of the red guavas.
The farm owner combines the characteristics of red guavas to prepare a variety of dishes, such as guava soft-sour soup, guava seafood burger, guava pork ribs, and more. Each dish is a unique and flavorful culinary experience that leaves diners wanting more!
