In the morning, there are many vendors selling various traditional Taiwanese breakfast items such as steamed buns, soy milk, fried egg pancakes, rice, noodles, and porridge. In the evening, there are many traditional specialty shops, including award-winning braised pork rice, rich and not overly sweet desserts, long lines of goose meat, as well as popular street food like meat balls, crispy chicken, and fried rice. Come to the Dalongdong historical area, and while visiting the historical sites, also enjoy the unique charm of the night market snacks!

Enjoy Confucian cuisine at the Confucius Temple
The "Taipei Confucian cuisine," designed by famous food experts, combines stories of ancient sages from Taipei's Confucius Temple. You can also taste it at the Dalong Night Market! There are dishes such as "Qi Junzi Yu" and "Cangzhen Tofu" from Xiaoli Zi Seafood Restaurant (requires reservation), "Gaosuo Xi Yang" from Cai Family Sichuan-style Lamb, as well as "Guan Shi Zhi Ji," "Yang Huan Kui Tun," "Xin Zhong Da Niu," and "Junchen Chuo Zhou." The wide variety of dishes allows visitors to taste the flavor of Confucianism.
