Established in October 2011 at the Kaohsiung Bridgehead Sugar Factory (Northern Warehouse Group) and operated by the Ten Drum Percussion Ensemble, the site operates under a semi-open model. Public spaces are freely accessible to visitors, while set performances and drum music lessons require separate ticket purchases. The Ten Drum Percussion Ensemble has received awards such as "Grammy Award for Best Traditional World Music Album" and "USA Independent Music Best Traditional World Music Awards," allowing audiences in Kaohsiung to experience world-class performances. Ten Drum Creative has transformed a century-old, decommissioned sugar factory into a vibrant cultural space, preserving the original appearance of the Taiwan Sugar Corporation's historical site and injecting new life through drum and percussion arts, turning decay into a miracle within the history of Taiwan’s sugar industry and percussion arts. Different warehouses house varied themes, connected by a central courtyard featuring Japanese-inspired landscaping. Current facilities include the Eco ListentotheRain Pavilion, Experience Classrooms, Ten Drum Chimney Theatre, Ten Drum Vegetarian Garden Restaurant,文创 Gift Shop, and Drum Museum.
