Located in the southeast of Tou Sheh Village, at the Mianziyuan settlement. "Mianziyuan" got its name because cotton used to be planted here. The Tou Sheh basin is the catchment area of the upstream of Shui Li Stream, hence, rich in water. Many mountain streams and springs can be found here. In the early days, because there was no tap water facility, the residents not only used the spring water for drinking, but also for washing clothes. The long stone blocks were laid in the gullies as washing boards. The residents gathered here, washing clothes while chatting and socializing. Nowadays, roofs and pavilions have been built in the laundry area for tourists to take a rest. When you come here and ride your bike along the Tou Sheh Bikeway, you might as well stop and take a rest here.
