The "Golden Red Turtle Store" has been located on the North Hua Street, a street parallel to the Zongyao Street at Shantou area for over 50 years. The current owner, over 80 years old, has passed down his unique skill of making "rice turtles" to his daughter-in-law, Ms. Zheng Su-jiao.
