Starting with the rich-flavored wheat from Oita Prefecture, to the sprouted brown rice grown in Ayamecho, Miyazaki Prefecture, using the duck farming method without pesticides, glutinous millet from Unzen, Saga Prefecture, wheat germ from Saga Prefecture, purple rice and red glutinous rice from Kumamoto and Fukuoka Prefectures, passed down from ancient times, short grain rice grown in the fertile land of Kagoshima Prefecture, and sugarcane from Okinawa and Kagoshima. No emulsifiers, flavorings, or processed starches are used. The goal is to create products that reflect the local culture and people, connecting the producers and consumers. We hope to create a happy breakfast scene with Kyushu pancakes, which will become happy memories for children. We will bring the power of Kyushu to Japan with a smile!
