Starting with the rich-flavored wheat from Oita Prefecture, to the sprouted brown rice grown in Ayami Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, using the duck farming method instead of pesticides, the glutinous millet from Unzen, Nagasaki Prefecture, the germ wheat from Saga Prefecture, the purple rice and red glutinous rice from Kumamoto and Fukuoka Prefectures, which have been passed down since ancient times, the indica rice grown in the fertile land of Kagoshima Prefecture, and the sugarcane from Okinawa and Kagoshima. No emulsifiers, spices, or processed starches are used. With the goal of creating products that reflect the regional culture together with the producers, we aim to connect the production areas with consumers. We hope to create a happy dining scene of Kyushu pancakes, which will become a happy memory for children. We will bring the power of Kyushu to give Japan vibrant smiles!
