Mercato Pizza comes from passionate Penghu, providing high-quality seafood pizzas, and is also the first cloud pizza specialty store in Taiwan. In 2019, our boss Liya went to Naples, Italy to learn about the new trend of "cloud crust" and inherited the thin crust from "traditional Neapolitan pizza". We use Italian flour and sourdough,經過 two fermentations and three processes, the crust is topped with a variety of selected ingredients and baked in an Italian imported oven to produce a crust with a leopard-like pattern. The pizza crust is full of air, soft and elastic, and has a great chew. We carefully craft the details of the pizza for the best quality! Hope you like it: )
