Located on the north side of the Shui Nong Dong settlement in Ruifang District, New Taipei City, the Yin-Yang Sea is famous for its unique golden yellow and azure blue waters, forming a special geographical landscape in the coastal area of northeastern Taiwan. Due to the large amount of pyrite in the nearby Jinguashi mountain, after weathering, copper and iron ions are formed and mixed with water to create a suspended substance with a yellow-brown color, which is the reason for the unique gradation of the Yin-Yang Sea. The color of the seawater in the bay appears yellow-brown due to the natural minerals, forming a sharp contrast with the blue seawater in the outer sea, and can be described as a natural color palette. At the T-intersection of Dongding Road and Highway 2, a straight road connecting to the azure ocean, paired with the blue sky and white clouds, resembles the classic scene from the anime "Slam Dunk", and is therefore also known as "Little Kamakura".
