Located at Liuxiao, Qixing Village, also known as Lion Rock Cave, it is situated on a mountain peak and is the earliest built Buddhist temple among the temples in the Shitou Mountain group. In 1895, during the 21st year of the Guangxu Emperor, the temple was founded by Master Pujie, who is considered the pioneer of Buddhism in Shitou Mountain. Later, Mr. Zeng Xiucun from Fuxingzhuang donated the land, and a hall was built in front of the cave to enshrine Guanyin Bodhisattva and Sakyamuni.
