Ar River Cartilaginous Fish was established in 1981 and is now run by the second generation. Our shop specializes in cooking cartilaginous carp: bitter melon fish soup, steamed fish, braised fish, and salted crispy fish, which are our signature dishes and the only dedicated shop in Pingtung County. We also offer fresh water and marine seafood, a variety of stir‑fries, and exclusive pickled herb‑seasoned pork, among other items. Parking is convenient.
