Donggang, the most prosperous fishing port in southern Taiwan, has been renowned for its seasonal seafood for a century, and this affluent fishing village has cultivated a tradition of respecting the sea, following destiny, and practicing generosity. Twenty years ago, it started from the simplest outdoor street stall, and thanks to the inherent advantages of local children, every morning the best fish of the day would be selected at the market, brought out from the kitchen and served one delicious dish after another. This has been the unwavering belief of Mr. Rong for seventeen years.
