Located in the most bustling Xinyi district, the once modest and mysterious Alchemy Bar remains quietly as the "hidden one upstairs." However, connoisseurs know that this incredibly mysterious bar has the highest ranking in Taiwan among the Asia's 50 Best Bars. Alchemy Bar is designed with the style of the 1920s American Prohibition era, presenting a retro atmosphere similar to a Speakeasy underground bar. However, it's not that simple to have a drink here. Alchemy Bar only accepts reserved guests. Upon arrival, you must be escorted by the doorman, go through the iron gate to the loft, and open the hidden bookcase to enter. However, once you get through the door, you can easily enjoy the excellent cocktails and the wonderful moments brought by jazz music, as well as the sense of security wrapped up in the loft. The popular drinks in the store are more on the mature adult taste, mainly cocktails made with old American spirits such as rum and whiskey.
