The "Old Ding Street Police Station" is located at No. 5 Zhongzheng Road in Fengyuan District (next to Fengyuan Train Station). Built during the Japanese colonial era in 1930, it originally served as the Ding Street Police Office of the Fengyuan County, Taichung Province. In 2002, the county government registered it as a historic building. The historic Ding Street Police Station is adjacent to the left side of Fengyuan Train Station and is a two‑storey police office built in 1936. Its exterior originally featured a brown, washed stone wall with green glazed, grooved tile base cladding; later, to meet the operational needs of police agencies, the exterior walls were painted red. On April 16, 2002, it was officially listed as a historic building of the city. The building is currently operated under a lease, planned as a multifunctional space for art exhibitions, music performances, local specialties, cultural promotion, and dining services.
