「Fuxing Factory」 was established in August 2021 and is the former factory of Taiwan's first cosmetics company, "Shengxiang Tang." Inspired by the homophone of its location on Xihung Road, it embodies the concept of "prosperity" with creativity and "revitalization" of new value in the old building, while "factory" represents the era spirit and symbol of the old house. The Fuxing Factory brings together creative, design, and cultural teams, integrating related industries such as lifestyle aesthetics, making it one of the successful cases of old house revitalization in Taichung. It injects fresh vitality into the old urban area and becomes a new hub for Taichung’s lifestyle aesthetics and creativity.
