Founded in 2005 (the 94th year of the Republic Era), Sing Pastry first took Taiwan by storm with its croissants, expanding to nearly 50 locations so that the whole island could savor their deliciousness. In 2008 (the 97th year of the Republic Era), the croissant business was restructured, and Sing Pastry Food Co., Ltd. was established in Xianxi Township, Changhua County. Under the leadership of Mr. Huang Yi-min, a team of like-minded employees continued to uphold the original goal of offering consumers premium baked goods, launching their signature product—the cream puff. In 2012 (the 101st year of the Republic Era), the cheesecake debuted and became a nationwide bestseller. The following year, the long-awaited egg rolls made with natural butter were introduced. In addition to producing and selling its own products, the company also provides customized pastry OEM services for chain restaurants.
