The owner and his wife originally started selling vegetarian stalls in front of the Sai Si Gong Square. The current restaurant offers a clean and comfortable dining environment, with a wide variety of hot vegetarian dishes. Their signature dishes—braised noodles, braised rice noodles, and braised winter noodles—are superbly flavored, fragrant, and visually appealing (the broth is slightly sweet). The generous menu is mouth‑watering. The most popular braised noodles feature white and red carrots, vegetarian lamb, and vegetarian meat chunks that taste fresh and aromatic. The vegetarian dumplings contain finely sliced cabbage, along with shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and shantung greens, giving them a crisp and tasty bite. The shop also makes its own special chili sauce, which is delightful; missing it would be a shame. Recommendations: braised noodles, braised rice noodles, braised winter noodles, special dumpling noodles, dang gui noodles, and curry noodles.
