Visitors to Yonghe for sightseeing, aside from the Ceramic Museum, Ceramic Old Street, and the Yingge Stone Hiking Trail, the most important food destination is undoubtedly "Ah-Po Sushi." Ah-Po Sushi was initially run by Ms. Li Chen Ying, an elderly lady who sold sushi on Zhongzheng First Road in Yingge. Due to its unique and delicious taste, it became a favorite among everyone, earning the reputation as the "sushi-selling grandma by the roadside." Eventually, when she opened a storefront, she officially registered the shop name as "Ah-Po Sushi." The open-air dining environment makes even a simple sushi meal feel enjoyable. The shop offers over ten varieties of sushi for customers to choose from, all at very affordable prices—truly a satisfying experience. The second-generation owner, Chen Ai Na, mentioned that Ah-Po Sushi's principle has always been to serve delicious and affordable sushi, which was also the commitment Ms. Li Chen Ying had when she first started making sushi.
