The Tian Mama Bakery of the Shangshan District Agricultural Association in Tainan was established 11 years ago. Initially developed to address local fruit production and sales challenges, it pioneered fruit-based pastries. Using locally sourced, premium ingredients, these pastries are handmade with care and adhere to Tian Mama’s culinary philosophy, emphasizing low salt, low oil, low sugar, and high fiber. This commitment to quality has earned widespread acclaim, with satisfied customers passing along their recommendations to create a solid reputation and growing popularity.
The 15 local Tian Mama members spend their spare farming time crafting a variety of baked goods from local fruits. In addition to their renowned pineapple tarts, they have continued to develop other products like mulberry and mango tarts, which have also received great praise. These items are popular holiday gifts during the Spring, Dragon Boat, and Mid-Autumn Festivals. Due to their handmade nature and limited production capacity, orders must be placed in advance.
