Located on Wenhua Road in Yingge District, it was built during the Japanese colonial period, about eighty or ninety years ago. It is a three-bay, two-story brick row house. The arcade and the second-floor brick façade feature Baroque-style decorations, displaying considerable refinement and artistic value. Its condition is fairly well preserved; the former rice-shop cash boxes and other features remain, offering a glimpse into Yingge’s commercial past. The same side is now lined with buildings, while opposite lies the railway area of the train station, which is enclosed by walls. The two-story Western-style arcade façade is decorated in Baroque style. The building is elegant, spacious, solid, and attractive. The brick row house has three bays and two stories; the ground floor serves as shop space, the upper floor as living quarters, connected by a wooden staircase. A front arcade merges with the second-floor elevation in Baroque architectural style.
