In its early days, when Friendship Villa was still a tin-roofed house, it mainly offered novel and comic rentals and karaoke. After the new building was completed in February 2003, it was transformed into a B&B serving light meals and snacks. Friendship Villa is open year-round. The owner is also a veteran local tour guide and the chairman of the development association, offering every conceivable service.
