Beihe Restaurant, with subtle Japanese architectural touches, was originally Yujiaxiang Fresh Fish Restaurant and was the first local establishment to feature sturgeon as its signature dish. Spacious and atmospheric, it was chosen as the venue for the Taoyuan City Government’s Fresh Fish Tourism Festival press conference and is one of the nine model fresh-fish restaurants in Taoyuan.
