The Ailiao River levee road stretches east from Ailiao to Jiuru in the south, divided into four sections—Ailiao, Yanpu, Ligang, and Jiuru—totaling about 24 km. The open vistas afford distant views, letting riders enjoy the Ailiao River scenery all the way, along with the “Green Great Wall” adopted by local residents, parks, Ligang Old Street, Fo Guang Shan, and the cable-stayed bridge. The flat surface is closed to cars by barriers; signs and markers are clear, and rest points supply pavilions and scenic maps, making it an ideal path for hiking and cycling.
