The Rainbow Bridge, 167 meters long, connects Xinming Road in the Neihu District with Raohé Street in the Songshan District, spanning the Keelung River. It has a unique design, supported by four main steel cables at the center of the bridge. The structure of the bridge is a curved S-shaped bridge body, with a bright red steel rib arch structure. The auxiliary facilities include wooden railings, pink and light blue tiles. It is a new landmark public facility.
The Rainbow Bridge currently only allows pedestrian and bicycle traffic, and does not allow motor vehicles. It is not uncommon to see people strolling leisurely on the bridge, and it is also a shortcut for going to the Raohé Night Market and Songshan Railway Station between Neihu and Songshan. It greatly shortens the time for residents of Songshan and Neihu to communicate. At night, the lights on the Rainbow Bridge cast beautiful shadows, adding a lot of beauty to Taipei's night view, becoming a favorite subject for photography lovers to capture the night view of Taipei. In addition, the Rainbow Bridge also has a blue river route terminal pier, attracting more tourists, becoming another new tourist attraction in Taipei.
