The Caihong Riverfront Park is located between the Zhongshan Freeway and the Maixiao First Bridge on the Keelung River. The Caihong Bridge spans across the riverside parks on the left and right banks of Chengmei. The red, elegant S-shaped bridge structure is a popular spot for photographers.

Beneath the Caihong Bridge, there is a riverside plaza with a series of love-themed landscape designs, including a love path marked with 12 different expressions of "I love you," love seats, LOVE 3D text sculptures, and love locks. It is a great place for couples to experience the romantic riverside atmosphere.
