Mr. Huang Zhengyuan of Tsuto松 in our township, due to mulberry fruit being a healthy food worth promoting, decided to plant mulberry. The garden adopts a co-go ecological environment, laying environmentally friendly canvas, and no chemical pesticides are sprayed to control pests and diseases (manual weeding, catching insects). Instead, natural organic fertilizers are used to promote fruit tree growth, ensuring environmental cleanliness and fruit tree quality. After receiving technical support and guidance from the Miaoli Branch of the Agricultural Improvement Department of the Executive Yuan, and through continuous research and improvement of new varieties (Taiwan native species, new variety - Black Diamond, etc.), as well as the development of related products (mulberry enzyme, mulberry fruit acid enzyme, mulberry paste, frozen mulberry fresh fruit, mulberry leaf soft candy, mulberry soft candy, etc.).
The mulberry garden is located by the Beigang Stream in our township, with a simple rural scenery and pastoral landscape. It is suitable for providing outdoor teaching for schools, and explanatory activities for government agencies and groups. We also provide tree species and function introductions, tree seedling selection and planting promotion, and mulberry picking. Everyone is welcome to offer guidance and contact Mr. Huang Zhengyuan to make a reservation.
