Established over 70 years ago, Yuanming Zen Temple took 14 years of meticulous craftsmanship to complete. Its main hall and garden landscapes embody the quiet simplicity found in both Taiwanese and Japanese architecture. Inside, the Buddha statues are sculpted from precious gems, their graceful lines expressing compassion. The temple’s walls, beams, window lines, and glazed roof tiles are all fashioned with unique techniques, making it a modern masterpiece of temple architecture.
