Fengpei Alpine Fresh-Brewed Tea adheres to natural principles to produce premium high-mountain tea—delicately fragrant, sweet, and soothing to body, mind, and spirit. Alishan Jin-Xuan: Selected from the Bihu gardens of greater Alishan, spring-harvest, organically fertilized, lightly fermented and baked to preserve its fresh aroma. Red Oolong: Harvested in late summer to early autumn in the Alishan range, the leaves are lightly bitten by the leaf-hopper, yielding a honeyed fragrance and a sweet, lingering finish. Four-Season Winter Flake: From Songboling, Nantou, these leaves sprout after the winter harvest and a cold snap, carrying floral notes and a honeyed sweetness. Alishan Oolong: Sourced from the Bihu gardens of greater Alishan, spring-picked, organically fertilized, lightly fermented and baked to retain its fresh aroma.
