With a deep love and appreciation for the land, Zhang Zhenzhong, the farm manager, overcame his parents' objections and insisted on developing precise and non-toxic agriculture (he has received awards from Tainan County Government, including a demonstration farm, model farmer, and the Shinnong Award from Xinshi Township). In 1998, he began diversified farming and used this land as an experimental farm. The "adopt a farmer" activity was launched, allowing everyone to become the farm's owner and experience planting, harvesting, baking, and brewing a cup of fragrant coffee. You can also enjoy a leisurely rural experience with coffee in the middle of the field. Visitors are welcome to share the joy of the growth and changes in the garden! Farm products: Xinshi White Lotus Mist Tea, Xinshi flat-ground coffee.
