The Taipei Underground Street is located on the first floor underground of the Zhongshan Road (also known as Zhengzhou Road) in Taipei City. It starts from the east side of Tacheng Street, runs along the Zhongshan Road, passes through important north-south arterial roads such as Yanping North Road, Chongqing North Road, Taibei Road, and Chengde Road, and ends at the west side of the Park Road. It is 825 meters long, and is a steel frame reinforced concrete building with one floor above ground and two floors underground. The first floor underground is an underground street mall, while the second floor underground is used as a parking lot and for the installation of electrical, mechanical, and air conditioning rooms required for the underground street.
