Despite the long distance, loyal food enthusiasts continue to visit, and the old store has not been forgotten. The broth of the small rolled rice noodles is made from fresh small cuttlefish, and then special coarse rice noodles are added. Through continuous simmering, the rice noodles absorb the broth and naturally break into segments. Upon taking a bite, the clear and sweet broth, soft yet unspoiled noodles, and fresh and crunchy cuttlefish, make one understand why the old food lovers are so loyal.
