桃園市大溪區普濟路5號
During the Japanese era, this building served as the ''Police Section Chief's Official Residence'' of the Daxi District Office. At that time, the Daxi district encompassed present-day Fuxing District in Taoyuan City and Jianshui Township in Hsinchu County, with the police section managing relations between Daxi and the mountainous tribal communities. From the Japanese era until 2015, successive police chiefs of the Daxi area resided here, ensuring its well-preserved condition. It was officially registered as a historic building on August 29, 2012. This building is the largest and best-preserved Japanese-style residence within the Daxi Police Department dormitory complex. Since 2022, it has been operated by the Tankaikan Cultural Education Foundation, currently hosting the permanent exhibition "The Girl Who Sang in Daxi—Francy Wang (Feng Fei Fei) Story House."
