In September 2020, the second eye-catching rainbow landscape in Taipei, "Rainbow Starting Line," was born in the eastern district of Taipei! It is located at the Citizen's Plaza in front of the Taipei City Hall. The rainbow landscape here extends from the city hall to the direction of the council, cleverly drawing a line in a runway-like format, just like the starting point for a dash towards happiness. Not only does it once again convey Taipei City's original intention of promoting equality, but it also echoes the Taiwan LGBT Pride Parade, which takes place in front of the city hall every year. The rainbow landscape seems to凝聚 (凝聚) all people's expectations and enthusiasm, allowing everyone to take steady steps forward on the path to happiness, with a firm pace in front of the city hall.
