Shinwei Tianzhu Taiwan Temple is located at Provincial Highway 27, 14K, Liugui District. The temple grounds cover over 300 hectares and is the largest field of one貫道in Taiwan. The main buildings are divided into three halls: front, middle and back. When bathed in sunlight, they shine in gold and jade, exuding an atmosphere of solemnity and serenity. The white jade Buddha statue inside the hall was carved out of the largest single piece of white jade stone in all of Asia. The table for the three statues is made from a centennial incense cedar. To withstand the tremendous weight, the base of the statue was built with a foundation and then the altar table was installed. Due to the enormous size, it even entered the Guinness World Records. The overall planning of the field aims to develop a comprehensive, international-level religious education center. The field is meant to be an open, healthy, leisure and educational base. It is recommended that visitors spend about an hour here, slowing their pace to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the grounds.
