Therefore, we aspire to begin from the architectural vocabulary, internalize it further, and develop a form of coffee expression that truly belongs to Taiwan. The way of using a tea cup for tasting, which is inherently a unique feature of Taiwanese tea culture, has been applied to coffee appreciation for years in our coffee shop and naturally carried forward in Cafe Mango Culture, of course. In terms of brewing, we also aim to identify our own style—breaking away from fixed ratios like cappuccino, Americano, and macchiato, instead offering estate-grown beans from various regions so you may freely choose black, short, long, iced, hot, or milk-based. Moreover, there are more and more fruit-based coffee blends incorporating Taiwan's abundant speciality fruits. In addition, we also break the conventional association of coffee with cheesecakes and mille-feuilles as dessert partners, hoping to further integrate coffee into daily life and introduce delicately paired traditional local pastries and rice-based foods.
