Although the Stinky Tofu shop's sign is not very eye-catching, it is a small store loved by many locals. The stinky tofu sold in this store is extremely different from what you'd find elsewhere. The outer layer is fried to a crisp, but the inside still retains the moisture of the tofu itself. When paired with their signature sauce, it's truly a delicacy.
