SAGAS Hokkaido Chicken Clear Soup Ramen is located next to the Chiayi City Art Museum, and the "SAGAS Ramen Store" has many attractive features, even though the exterior of the restaurant is all black, it still stands out. Led by the famous Japanese chef from Chiayi's "Dàmài Xiǎomài Japanese Wine and Dine", the main dish is the "Clear Chicken Soup Ramen", which is less common in Taiwan's ramen market. The restaurant commissioned a well-known spatial design company to create a modern and stylish dining environment, and even the ramen bowls were specially designed and made in Japan. The grandeur displayed in all aspects is not just a small love for "opening a ramen restaurant", but a grand vision for "branding the catering industry", and it is an outstanding planner in Chiayi's catering industry.
It uses "top-grade Hokkaido spring wheat - Spring Love" to make noodles and clear chicken soup, and is divided into three series: "Yuzu", "Black Tide", and "Salt Tide". The most popular item since the store opened is the "Hanging Roast Five-Flower Black Tide Ramen", which selects thick-cut five-flower meat with a perfect fat ratio, using complicated cooking methods such as stewing, sauce topping, and hanging roasting with longan wood, paired with soft-boiled eggs, seaweed, bamboo shoots, and vegetables, making it a visually and gastronomically rich dish.
There are also char siu rice and Japanese pan-fried dumplings that can be ordered as add-ons, and the store manager recommends the cilantro dumplings. SAGAS is also a child-friendly ramen restaurant, with two types of children's ramen sets to choose from.
