The soup is clear and light yellow, with small, dark squid mouths that look particularly appealing. Eating squid mouths requires you to bite off the black head, which is also a unique experience. Long-time customers have been eating here for over 40 years, and they still order two bowls at a time, filling their tables with squid mouths.
