Built in 1940, this was once the vital thoroughfare for Beigang Village. Using the most arduous traditional techniques, the ancestors mixed brown sugar, castor beans, and glutinous rice into the mortar, combining it with hard river stones to create a sturdy bridge. It has been designated a county-level historic monument by the Nantou County Government.
