The Hsinchu District Fishery Cooperative Bazi-Ku Horse Mackerel Farming Group is located in Bazi-Ku, a newly developed tidal flat area. Its innovative all-female breeding technology significantly enhances horse mackerel production volume and economic value, making Bazi-Ku the first area nationwide to harvest and the most extensive horse mackerel farming region in northern Taiwan. Bazi-Ku benefits from a uniquely high-quality aquatic environment. The horse mackerel roe produced there is thoroughly sun-dried and naturally air-dried with Hsinchu's distinctive "Jiujiang Feng" breeze, making it the finest in Taiwan.
