The renowned Guoli Tofu Shop, a fifty-year-old establishment, has followed traditional methods and handcrafted its products since its founding by the first generation. With slow, meticulous work, it produces tofu rich in soybean aroma and delicately smooth in texture. So delicious is it that the tofu is sold not only to Xiju but also to restaurants on Nangan and Beigan, and is counted—along with clams and watermelon—as one of the three treasures of Dongju.
