Located in the Lianhua Mountain of Xinpu Township, there is a winding ancient trail that resembles a flying dragon. This ancient trail is known as the Lianhua Mountain Trail, also referred to as the Flying Dragon Hiking Trail. It is a popular destination for outings and hiking in the Xinpu area. One of the entrances to the trail is near the San Sheng Temple, and the path is well-marked. The trail is lined with ancient trees towering overhead, and the sounds of insects chirping and birds singing fill the air. Along the way, you'll encounter many impressive ancient trees and twin-trunked trees. Notably, there is a giant tree formed by 10 trees growing together, which the locals have named the "Lianhua Spirit Wood." This tree is so massive that it takes five people joining hands to encircle it. Its roots resemble a lotus flower, which is how it got its name.
