We started to get involved in restaurant cakes and desserts in 1993, and have now been dedicated to this field for 18 years. Our specialty is Western-style desserts, and our goal is to create cakes that are both beautiful and affordable, offering great value for the price. We have been continuously developing new cake recipes, particularly in the area of cheesecake, which includes heavy cheesecake, light cheesecake, baked cheesecake, and cheesecake mousse. We have been experimenting with various techniques, including steaming, baking, and making cold mousse, to create innovative textures. We also take advantage of the natural environment of Hualien, which is known for its beautiful mountains and clean water. Our cakes are made with clean sand and water from the Central Mountain Range, giving them a unique flavor and ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
