Taipei Zoo is one of the top ten urban zoos in the world. You can reach it by taking the MRT Muzha Line to the last station. The zoo houses more than 400 species of animals, making it the largest zoo in Southeast Asia.

The zoo is divided into indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. First, you should visit the "Insect House," where you can see native butterfly species in Taiwan. In addition to the indoor exhibition halls, the outdoor exhibition areas are divided according to the geographical environment, serving both species display and ecological education functions. Among them, the "Children's Zoo," "Taiwan Native Animal Area," and "African Animal Area" are the most popular exhibition areas in the zoo's online voting.
