"Taipei Holiday Art Market Art Auction Carnival" event is organized by the Owl Art Association, a non-profit organization, and the office of Taipei City Councilor He Chih-wei. Starting from now, every second Sunday of the month, which are May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10, from 13:00 to 17:00, artists' works will be exhibited, outdoor painting and art auction will be held at the Yuanshan Flower Expo Park. Everyone, young and old, is welcome to join and spend a pleasant leisure afternoon~
