This association was initiated by a group of partners with professional expertise in arts and culture and a passion for community building, starting from Beidou. It has gone through the process of advocating and practicing public issues such as opposing the Beitou cable car, restoring the Beitou stone, opening the Mei House, painting the streets, revitalizing Xiangyang Bookstore, revitalizing the New Beitou Station, and the Beitou Art Festival. Due to long-term involvement in social public welfare and community building movements, it has deeply realized that traditional public governance thinking, talent cultivation, and non-profit organization management models can no longer keep up with the times. In order to promote public-private cooperation and achieve the vision of good governance, the following four purposes are clearly stated:

1. Promote the introduction of art, culture, and innovative thinking into community development.
2. Enhance the aesthetic quality of community life and cultivate community building talents.
3. Advocate that enterprises take on the responsibility of social public welfare development.
4. Strive to advocate, supervise, and participate in the implementation of community public issues.

We hope to combine the enthusiasm of people across the country to work together to enhance the artistic and cultural energy of communities in Taiwan and create a livable living environment.
