新北市瑞芳區金瓜石祈堂路53號
With a history of over a hundred years, Quanjizhuang Temple enshrines Guan Sheng Di Jun, the guardian deity of the Jinguashi area. The temple has three must-see treasures. The first is the tallest pure copper statue of Guan Gong in Taiwan, which stands 35 Taiwan feet tall and weighs 25 tons; the book held in its left hand is 5 Taiwan feet high. The second is a pair of national treasure-level stone pillars carved with flowers, birds, and human figures, which are three-dimensionally carved and specially protected by the temple with acrylic covers. The third is the Golden-Faced Guan Sheng Di Jun, a statue that was divided from Tangshan during the early Republican period and is rarely seen throughout Taiwan. From the stone stairs beside Quanjizhuang Temple, you can see the Baoshitian (Report Time Mountain) next to the temple's parking lot. Following the plank road beside the pavilion, you can climb up to appreciate the scenery of Cha Hu Shan (Teapot Mountain), Yingyang Hai (Yin-Yang Sea), and the 13-Level Remains, which offer a magnificent and beautiful view, making it an ideal spot to take in the entire Jinguashi area.
