The park is designed according to the undulating terrain of the hills where the base is located. The park is planned with outdoor spaces, main exhibition halls, and ancillary facilities. The public spaces and pathways that surround the base create a gentle connection between areas, while the buildings are considered part of the overall landscape. The park and related facilities are surrounded by artificial hills made of water and green landscape patterns, creating a terraced landscape image. The main exhibition hall area is the primary space of the park. From the entrance bridge, visitors can access the 2nd-floor permanent exhibition area, which showcases the moving stories of Taiwanese Hakka immigrants through various display techniques. The 1st floor features a multimedia interactive display area. The special exhibition areas around the main hall are themed around different Hakka charm elements, including the Taiwan Pavilion, Global Pavilion, Children's Pavilion, Cultural Creative Industry Pavilion, and Camphor Industry Special Exhibition Area, reflecting the profound meaning of传承 (passing down) and innovation of Hakka culture. The park's ancillary facilities include a DIY experience area for families and a workshop space. The multimedia theater next to the workshop allows visitors to watch engaging Hakka films. The main stage area of the stepped plaza is planned for various cultural performances, such as Hakka music and community performances, to lead the audience closer to Hakka culture. Along the walking path behind the main stage, visitors can walk to the half-moon pool with Hakka imagery and enjoy the landscape of the Hakka village at the foot of the mountain. When tired, visitors can take a break at the Hakka characteristic industry exhibition and sales area, browse and purchase some Hakka特色商品 (characteristic products) and food as souvenirs, allowing (HAO) good guests to feel the hospitality of the Hakka people!
